VOX and VOX and VOX

Hi All, I read with interest that Vox Telepreneur is offering a flexi-cap ADSL solution at R50 per Gb.

We have multiple lines with Vox Datapro, including 2 x uncapped-over-fibre lines and 2 x 20Gb usage based accounts. The usage based accounts cost R1500 each. If we migrate to the Vox Telepreneur flexi-cap accounts we will get 50% more bandwidth. I sent a request to our account manager to migrate us to the flexi-cap accounts.

They have insisted that we have a 24-month contract and we need to give them 3 months notice.

I am so %$# off that I am about to give them 3 months notice to cancel all of our accounts and move to another ISP.

Any ideas/recommendations?

Other ISPs would have done the same thing to you Liquid Glass.
