VOX down?

Yup. Same here ! I thought my router had a problem at first . Glad I checked this thread

I managed to ge through to tech support, but I was nunber 269 in the queue. Left my number for the callback that will never happen. We have had a few outages in the last weeks, but they were all Vumatel related. I get an internet connection, but no throughput. The DNS servers were not responding.

Vumatel worked on whatever a week or so ago, since then internet has been very bad.

My line is flying now though.

Ping 3ms

Download 90.28Mbps

Upload 94.36Mbps

Ours was down for about 5 minutes, but neither of us could get to Gmail. Tried Youtube - dead.
It came up and it's fine, but slow. We are on Vox/Crapfoot at the moment.

Lol...yet to receive one of these.
Sad part is I got it from someone that got it from Twitter.

I knew they had poop when none of their numbers worked and I was number 145 in the queue for the support chat

I am business client, VoIP, firewall, fibre, the works, not a single notification. NADA.

And our VoIP is still down.

The way to do this is to have the notification out of band. I have one at hostafrica as well as one at the aggregation point at teraco.

If your VoIP is at a 3rdparty then that would have remained up as well with a proper SD-WAN solution.

Vox is absolute rubbish, our company is forever having problems with them.
We use the 3CX app through them.Support staff are pathetic.
Any suggestions, recommendation for a better service provider.
We are looking at cancelling the contract due to lack of support
