VOX - LTE Gone Wrong

Hey all.

Does anyone experience bad service from vox or is it just me?

I have had sim card issues with the telkom sim card that i was issued from VOX and it stopped working completely.

Not a single VOX consultant knows the process of what to do when a client no longer has access to the telkom sim card.

I had to go through 12 different agents and switching departments until I finally decided to pop an email, thereafter a VOX agent called me and arranged delivery of a new sim card which to date has not been delivered.

Pretty much this. I hope you get the service up and running and so you dont have to deal with them. Or if you can cancel and switch since its a telkom sim. Getting our VOIP set up was a nightmare that I wouldnt wish on anyone.
