Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Using my mweb acc till Vox gets their house in order. Cant use teamview, p2p or load up a few websites i usually frequent.
 
Yes. That's a product reaching the end of its life cycle so don't expect any further development on that front.

Proper uncapped accounts coming soon though.... Apparently.... :p
 
Having the same issue my side (Durban). Websites listed above won't load, team viewer does not work and torrents and newsgroups all dead. Phoned support, spoke to a lady who told me it's the Telkom line showing disconnects (Because I have been switching accounts to try troubleshoot) She got quite rude when I told her that the line is fine and escalated the call. Spoke to another guy who didn't know what torrents were. He then asked me to hang on... after some time he came back took my number and said he'll call me back. That was 3 hours ago. Another ISP bites the dust.

On the plus side at least you finally have something to post about after stalking the site for the last 2 years??!! :wtf::p
 
Oh no!!! I can't do my remote support without Teamviewer! The happiness didn't last very long, sigh! Gonna have to look for something else again!
 
Been a busy day here guys, we had a fault on the network (thanks Telkom!) in JHB. Telkom is attending to it since 8am this morning.

I'll update as the network recovers.

We are not nor have we implemented anything to shape customers, there is a network failure which has caused a really bad day for both of us.
