Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I'm guessing you are talking about the Home Uncapped 4Mbps account. Read from left to right to navigate the table.

What it's saying is that once you hit 60GB of usage, we will cut your speed down to 2Mbps, then when you hit a total of 120GB of usage, we will cut your speed down to 1Mbps for the rest of the month.

I hope that clears it up? If not, let me know.

Thank you that clears it up!

High latency again... guess gaming online wasn't in my plans tonight then :(

Just see I got 150GB for the month on the special, it would be great if we could also get 2 concurrent conections.

@cvanwie: Chrome bug on the main website - if you click login, then cancel the popup, parts of the main dropdown menu no longer drop down.

I was offline on both my ISP's for about 2 hours while everything on the router showed UP.

Weird, but it's all back now.

All local battlefield 4 servers have 170ms ping and up... (i am in cape town)

Did vox ever get the telkom issue fixed, or is that still on going? I see NO notice on their website about the problems.

I just got kicked for a 547ms ping to a local game server.... Never had these sorts of problems with mweb.

EDIT: I just did a speed test and I see I am getting a tenth of my line speed (normally i get full 20mbps on speed tests).

When cvanwie used the word moon in one of his hints it became pretty obvious what was coming. I was initially a bit disappointed, but considering the price it's a rather good deal. Better data quality than Telkom softcap and you get rollover. It also matches the promotional cap size doubling without the hassle of wondering if Telkom will continue with it in April 2016.

For daytime downloading during the day just get the appropriate cap size.
