I've had good performance here for the past 2 days. I wonder what changed / how long this will last before it goes south again ?

Anyone else with missing carry over data?

I've contacted VOX 3 times and problem still not resolved.

Nope all carry over data accounted for.. 2TB...

im on a fibre package with vox. they are carrying over an incorrect amount of data. raised a query with them 3 weeks ago and am still awaiting a resolution. there customer service is non existent

Vox Telecom International Transit Provider experienced a challenge on the transmission network, and they are currently attending.
Vox Telecom is currently running over a secondary medium and customers may experience intermittent high latency while the upstream provider technical team is attending.

We are in constant communication with the International Transit Provider to resolve the disruption with urgency.

I can get to the site via browser and app. The clip opens but there is just a black screen with no video. Weird!

Anybody else have issues tonight ? Slow connectivity - cant even run the Mybroadband speedest get a latency error??

My line DC'd last night and my router was getting no response from from Vox apparently. EDIT: Seems like its up now though.
