This is one of the reasons I left them 2 years ago. I see it's still not fixed.

Dear Vox. I Have the same issue as Hemps have 200 gigs left however getting a capped paged. when i phoned tech support thy told me thy don't need to log it as thy are aware of the problem, now i have been offline since the 17th its been more than a week. I would like a resolution or at least an ETA on when it will be fixed

@Hemps - I had a similar issue a couple months ago, received a notification that I had used 50% of my cap but after checking had more than enough data available.

After doing further checks, I found I had used 50% of my monthly allocation, so it didn't take the rollover data into account.

I had been criticizing vox's youtube performance quite a lot lately... however after a firmware upgrade of my vdsl router (zyxel VMG1312-B10A), a massive performance increase was noticeable.

Youtube videos now load up at 4MB/s when you open the video, my downloads from downstorm go 10x faster than they ever did, my speed tests are consistent... Here is the funny part: I only had this performance issue on LAN, not on wifi (now no issues since firmware update)!

VOX dead for me. Router syncing at 12.5MB , download speed at 1.5mb. Done the whole reboot router, recreate port etc etc.

Speedtest hovers at 6 Mbps on a 10 Mbps line which coincides with downloading of anything. Something is not right somewhere. :wtf:

My account has started to disconnect everyday at random times.

It is not the line, as when i check the router the line is still syncing. I have to restart and then it works again

any other tests i need to do?

Have some issues with my Vox Account, not a good experience... and with my billing... an even worst experience. However when the fatpipe is working it's the best. As long as I don't have to deal with customer service.

Yep. Had the same problem this morning on my 100mbit fibre with Vox Fatpipe. Going to move my fibre asap and will now have to start looking for new bandwidth deals. Pointless 'saving' money but not being able to utilize the service. Kinda defeats the point of having a capped account.

CrystalWeb is expensive in comparison, but its looking better everyday...

my VOX speed tests currently sitting at around 1MB, but if i swap to an alternate freebie account, goes up to 6MB. anybody else having issues ? the vox website is down, so it would appear to be a larger issue
