Please note that Vox Telecom is experiencing a service disruption affecting ADSL, APN, FTTH, and FTTB. The matter is being attended to with high priority. No ETTR can currently be confirmed.

Does Vox Telecom ever work?

Vox fatpipe just died again for me in Cape Town.
Switched to Telkom and all is good.
The past few months I have spent more time on my Telkom account than I have on my VOX account.
One of them is getting close to being canceled......

Ya, the service came up not long after my last post but another issue is i cannot access any Microsoft [Xbox Store etc] site domains at all. Switch to any other iSP account and it loads instantly. Such a mess, please have a look when you can Voxy and team :). Also let me know what details i can send via PM.

Hullo. I have found that downloads from the PSN are horrifically slow on VOX, but seem fine on Afrihost. And yet downloads on MS Xbone are fine on Vox. Is there something being shaped or limited for PSN downloads ??

Do anyone here use VOX to stream live content eg: Sports Devil or UK Turks Kodi add on. I'm on a VOX 40mb VDSL with speed tests of about 38mb and I'm unable to stream live HD or SD content without it buffering constantly on my 400 gig Fatpipe account. Changing to Axxess free account I don't get this issue. Anyone having the same issue? Is VOX going down the drain? Time to move?

Yes - streaming via VOX has been very crappy of late - past 2 weeks.

I have 20 Mb VDSL and it has really gone down hill - first I thought extra heavy traffic because of Olympics - but still crappy.

Need to look into this -

Southern Suburbs - Cape Town
