Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Mine was intermittent all day saturday and Sunday and died completely on Sunday evening.
Speed tests were fine as always but streaming was almost impossible and P2P found hardly any pears.
Those that it did find vanished suddenly partway into the download.

In the end I had to switch to my Telkom account to stream last night.

Sent a report to support and requested a line/account reset.
I suspect that they randomly shape P2P and Streams and see if the account holder notices.
I have had this befor where the reply is that they could see nothing wrong but P2P and streaming worked perfectly again.

That's what I experienced as well.
Everytime I reset my router it goes full for about 10min and then drops.

Things are super sluggish here today. Youtube buffering at 240p on some videos.

Even local speedtest is running at half speed:

Something went belly up a few minutes ago. A music video I was streaming on Youtube suddenly couldn't play without buffering every 3 seconds.

Make sure to report it to them, the more complaints the more they do something. been happening to me since 1pm.

Maybe a good thing I'll be getting fibre soon (and not with Vox), things just seem to be getting progressively worse lately.

I've had to completely route traffic from my remote Plex server over a different ISP account because the Vox connection is just too slow.

Odd. I seem to either be unaffected or lucky, as VOX has been 100% stable and speedy for me all through people complaining bitterly on mybb. This issue only happened this afternoon, and appears to only affect Youtube, bizarrely.

I have had a ticket open for the past 3 days and after receiving a ticket number I have heard nothing more.
Even support appear to have lost interest, they used to be quick to respond.

Yup - just seems to be those services. General connectivity is still 100%.

It maxed out my line - 10.2Mb/s on an 10Mb/s line.

I cant stream but downloads and speed test are full speed.
Roll on Net Neutrality and lets kill this shaping on unshaped accounts.

2.5MB/sec sustained, which is close to line speed for me. (max is 2.7MB/sec)

I get my full 10mbps speed. but youtube and twitch are basically dead.

Thanks guys, that's so odd as I get 40KB/sec on my 40Mbit line but downloads almost full speed when I switch to Telkom ISP.

Can anyone post their tracert to that IP, this is what I get:

International speeds are horrendous at the moment. Getting 0.5Mbps download speed to Vodafone UK server with Speedtest
