That would be the best. I will then cancel my other ISP account and save money. Just having issues to add any services when logged in. I'm sure I must be doing something wrong. Don't see it under the client zone.

Actually the best way to do it is to navigate to Vox website. Don't log in. First choose the package you want to buy. Then check out and it will prompt you for your account details. Enter your log on details and proceed from there.
 
While using it earlier between 4-6 it was great. About to go try out a bit on dota 2: will report back soon with a rage quit or rampage :)

Gaming has been a breeze since I got Vox, really happy so far. And Family members not moaning. All good in the world again.
 
Yeah, the connection early in the evening is terrible once again to local Dota 2 servers. 800ms ping again. Then once again, after DCing due to unplayability, loaded up mweb and I was sailing at 33ms.

later on the speeds are much better, but still there is something wrong with Vox working on dota servers between 9-11.
 
Mmmmm, that's disappointing. Need to get @cvanwie and his cronies to check this out in the am...

Agree. From about 7:30 speed becomes problematic all over . This is a new thing .

Which are are you in. I tested my game connectivity especially after 19:00 due to the complaints in this thread, I had no issues, maybe a bit of packet loss, but everything was smooth and playable, whereas it is impossible on MWEB during the week.

It's literally like day or night difference here--Vox will be horrible on Dota, turn to mweb and it's great.

how long can it rollover (data) or can i let it sit for a year and just build up?


also,speed went crappy for me also last night "cape aria" here

I believe it rolls over for as long as the account is active! So yeah, it could in theory roll over for a year and beyond. The minute you cancel your data is lost though...

Same here, on that FatPipe 100, FTP speeds last night were shocking...getting 200KB/s on my 20Mb line. But do a speed test and get 2100Kb/s ....Unshaped data my A$S

Switched over to my Axxess "unshaped" account 200gig and it was even worse 150KB/s and once again speedtest shows line speed.

Thats sad, does VOX have no representative on MyBB ?...how backward can you be
