Yeah I'm also moving on. Got a call today and emails to confirm my cancellation. Keeping my Telkom Softcap setup. 20Mbps line + 50Gb softcap for R450 a month. Its a steal with a rock solid account that performs very well.
Been with Vox for years but time has come to move on.
I regret waiting so long to join them, but one mustn't dwell in the past hey.
I also noticed now that the cancel button has also disappeared (could have sworn I saw one). Will have to calltomorrow to speak to call centre

Clearly, this problem has been going on for months and won't be resolved.
Besides, I have a feeling that the honeymoon is over anyway, now that the rules are changing (bolt-on) and congestion down south, I guess it's just a matter of time before that happens in the north too.
