Mybb cannot resolve, Netflix is dead.

This is getting old and poor.

Have to use my Afrihost backup account.

Okay, this is the final straw! I will be sending in my notice.


Tonight, I was greeted to this:

Clearly, this problem has been going on for months and won't be resolved.

Besides, I have a feeling that the honeymoon is over anyway, now that the rules are changing (bolt-on) and congestion down south, I guess it's just a matter of time before that happens in the north too.

It's been grand, but I'm moving on, cheers.

Yeah I'm also moving on. Got a call today and emails to confirm my cancellation. Keeping my Telkom Softcap setup. 20Mbps line + 50Gb softcap for R450 a month. Its a steal with a rock solid account that performs very well.

Been with Vox for years but time has come to move on.

I also noticed now that the cancel button has also disappeared (could have sworn I saw one). Will have to call :sick: tomorrow to speak to call centre :sick::sick::sick:

Cancel option was broken that's probably why.

You can cancel by emailing [email protected] if you want to cancel. They will call you back to confirm and activate the cancellation.

Easy. Get a 20Mbps and 50GB softcap. They qualify you for the do broadband deal of R601 then just get the 25% discount for activating a 12 month contract.

had a capped message daily for two weeks on both my fatpipe and g4g/Bolton accounts. send an email complaining. Vox support called me and they fixed it. had a follow up call from support last night at 21.11 wanting to kno if my problem had been fixed and working fine.

I did take preventive measures programming my router to auto disconnect at 05.50 to make sure I don't get capped again or slapped with a R79 per gig billing again as I got a platinum g4g (unshaped) account...

besides switching accounts in the morning and afternoon my accounts working 100% for the third week now.

What is the catch??? This is good pricing for FTTH.

Was funny because afrhost sent an email a few days ago claiming they won ISP of the year for the last 4 years i think...

EDIT: Dam i read to fast lol.

see it only in Parkhurst. (Should update your menu link to include that)

When you roll out to Cape Town then i will be onboard.

I got a call today to see if the problem was fixed.

I told the guy I don't know as I've bought an account from another ISP last night so I wouldn't know.

The problem is that this isn't the first time but about the 5th, so it's never really rectified because it will be fine until some random moment when you get capped again.

I can't live like this.
