Wtf is going on VOX?
The net works after 11pm until about 9/10am. Then the sheit starts. Higher latency, international sites taking forever. Some local sites can't be reached at all. Posting on 3G now. Once it hits 5/6pm it's completely over. Netflix etc buffers itself to death.
What's going on? Update us FFS.
PS, AH, IS and WA run just fine.....

The VOX thread is reading like the telkom thread, touch wood mine is running fine. hope they sort out the issues.

I think the CT users are mostly affected. Think PE as well.

Air you may have a point with all the free TB's of data they've given away with the Samsung promo - but this is worse than TI and AH were when I used them, even during their respective worst periods.
Fatpipe is now going to be rebranded FokkenSlowPipe.

Yup, same here. MyBB not loading again. I don't think they are actually going to fix this problem, because they haven't even informed their support staff that there is problem. Last week when this happened I started up their online support, and the support guy basically told me to flush my DNS cache and use another browser, as though the notion of there being an issue on their side was impossible. After pointing out this thread to him and the specific posts regarding the issue, I never heard from him again.
So if they aren't even telling their support guys to relay the message that they aware of a problem, then I guess they don't want to acknowledge there is one.

Vox seem to make a habit of never really fixing anything:
1. The users who get capped prematurely - this still happens as far as I'm aware.
2. Their usage stats in the portal which breaks every few weeks.
3. Their cancel service button which didn't work, so they just removed it.
4. The MyBB (Hetnzer) issue.

If you're keeping that list on a cloud service - chances are on VOX it won't resolve
This is beyond pathetic - time for myBB to perhaps perform an investigation ?
I pm'd this morning - reply was that this is indeed unacceptable .... but still no word on a fix or update as to what the issue really is.
No point in sticking around for much longer.

I'm in JHB.
I have been getting poor network performance from Vox and I decided to cancel and move back to Afrihost, phoned them up ands spoke to someone in accounts... My goodness the lady was REALLY not in the mood for me today! Long story short, Voix has a 30 day full calendar month notice period so I will have to pay for the entire month of November for a service that I won't use. Vox you guys need to take a lesson from Afrihost on how to treat a customer. With AH I can decide to cancel in the same month for the end of that month no questions or attitude given.
Because you are forcing me to pay for next month, I will make sure to download 100% of the cap and I will schedule my downloads for 9:00 in the morning to 17:00 in the afternoon. So as to ensure that my usage costs you as much as possible, and when the service is cancelled you go in my little black book of ISP's I will never consider for my business again. You are with good company don't worry.. Ahem I'm looking at you Telkom.

Would anyone that has their line managed by Vox be able to give feedback with regards to their service? Looking at moving my 20meg VDSL line to them.

Well, was just watching Netflix before gym and LIKE CLOCKWORK somebody flicked a switch at 6pm on the dot, Netflix dead and immediately unable to reach myBB website etc, which was fine immediately before, in fact was surfing the forum on my tablet.
Shame on you VOX. You know what this is. Its so obvious something is going on behind the scenes its actually disgraceful.
