Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I've also noticed since yesterday it's taking extremely long to authenticate onto VOX after switching ISP's. Never did that before.

Speeds seem fine this afternoon though. Let's see what happens tonight.
 
Broken for me in PE. Oh dear here we go again. Mybb won't resolve. Actually nothing will. 7pm. Back on webafrica.

Hi everyone. My coworker recommended vox pay as you use ADSL.with bolt on uncapped for after hours. Can anyone give feedback on this? I understand that it is an after hours uncapped and that is all I really need.
 
Was broken btw 7-11pm. I've asked Voxy for feedback. Both north and south effected. Very strange.

Same old VOX issues from a month ago: myBB and other sites won't resolve, slow speeds/non-existant, Netflix dead etc.

First level support, as always, know nothing. Don't waste your time.

Whats up with Vox and not being able to access the mybroadband site in the evenings? I usually check it out on my phone while zoning out in front of the TV... now i have to switch to cellular. Is there a conspiracy between Vox and the Cell networks :-)

But seriously - i've noticed this pattern quite a bit over the last week... will pay more attention to the time of the evenings in future

I've noticed the same as moklet and fruitbat. Become quite annoying actually. I have to switch accounts because some sites won't load. Oddly enough, it's the local sites 99% of the time that are affected. I've never had an international site give me an issue...

Vox support is the worst I have seen by far.

On the 1st of November my fatpipe account stopped authenticating. I've been following up NON stop since then. It's now the 20th and the accounts are still not working yet and they are not doing ANYTHING about it despite numerous follow ups with Voxy rep AND both email tickets and calls.

I'm sorry to say this but they do have the WORST support I have ever experienced ever. Telkom beats them hands down even though I have a billing dispute each month they still fix it and credit me.
