Vox Telecom Fatpipe

200 + ms ping local on vox changed to CW 1 gb to test 9 ms I think I know where the problem is.
Cancelled yesterday just thought I see if there's a change but seems to get worse also have 200 gb roll over what a waste.

Now to choose new isp seems like a difficult task lately.

Those of you with unused data, i do feel your pain but am also here to hopefully ease it. PM an offer to take that data off, i have an account with Vox but use it more towards downloading because that is the one constant that it has remained unchanged lol, seriously.

I hope @Voxy and upper management are taking notice, soon, they will get hurt as more users leave...

Edit: Sent a PM to @ian2808 , @Kensei2605 & @Electric .

CW is best IMO

Have an account with Vox and CW and WA - CW is pretty much the stablest out of the 3.

I have the 1TB Samsung promo and have crap speeds.

I have heard that Vox are going through some massive changes internally and will bring fibre to the home soon among other things. So I am sort of bound to them because of my 600GB I have left of the TB, but hope that they fix their stuff before I have to start paying again.

IMHO they don't give a **** as they have a network for their business customers (the ones that pay them the real money), but had an underutilised network after hours which isn't the case anymore.

Mission accomplished.

Do you really want to deal with 10210?

Not at all ! but........

Set myself budget of R600.00 all in otherwise it like ag just R100 more ag just R80 and end up with paying R1000.00 a month you know how it goes.
4mb line 20 gb + night surfer cant find better deal except WA but the mob is not giving them much love lately.
Looked at you suggestion connection.co.za but there star system did not like my streaming the previous time I was with them.
So yeah always open for more suggestions :)

Woah, That's something new and frightening..

Why if I may Ask - like Kensei +1
He had a bad experience with them back when they were on cyberkak. Can't blame him but electric, it's a different world completely now.

Ah, Well then I don't blame him - Although it is very very different nowadays they are with IS.

I was with them for months through all of the promises and band aids.
Power cycle your router became and standing joke.

Vox is at a point where they just ignore emails and complaints. But they can arrange accounts to give me a call to state I'm going to paying more for my line rental.

Can't even game on their fatpipe anymore, complete joke, I get 4mb on 10mb line. I'm now stuck with all this bandwidth which I cant use.

Wonder who the priority users are that are enjoying full speed.

The list of viable ISPs are shrinking as fast as Eskom's capacity.
