Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Are you in Jhb? Other users with the issue seems to be in the Cape!!

If you are in Jhb, what router are you using (by any chance Gargoyle or Tomato)?

I'm in Jhb. Using a Netgear N300/DGN2200, standard firmware.

Is really a strange one. Hope they can find a solution soon - resorting to a VPN for now until they sort it out.

Tried on my iPad with Cell C, and it works. Connect the iPad to wifi (Vox) and the uploaded website doesn't work.

Hopefully tomorrow it will be sorted.

I should hope so as this slow internet is driving me mad.

I have not been able to access uploaded.net through WebAfrica or Vox all day. Can access it through Vodacom 3G.
Anyone else out there with the same problem?

We are having a look at this. We're able to trace to them, but beyond that - no dice. I'll let you know once we figured out what's causing the problem.

Suspect it may be a Internet Solutions problem. MickZA reported that he can connect on TI.

I think it is. Can't access from the office with my direct fibre connection on IS. Can't get through to uploaded.net from home either on Vox. A mate of mine on TI can get through without any problems.

I have 2 issues at the moment:

@voxy
My Fatpipe is capped, but have data available.
This is an old issue from a year ago that now started again.
The system does not take the roll-over data into account.

@cvanwie
My second issue is that it seems Apple updates or app updates are very slow when using Vox with Unotelly as DNS.
Switched to ISP supplied DNS, and it worked fine.

There's nothing we can do to make Unotelly work faster or slower... sorry!

Uploaded working fine for you?

Yes. And you?

EDIT: Nevermind, I haven't been paying attention to the latest batch of posts. I thought you were asking about uploading, as in upstream performance.

Yeah, down for me too...

Account worked decently this weekend with a couple of hiccups when playing Xbox Live. @cvanwie Party chat is perfect lately, gaming though has issues 3/10 times over this last week. All disconnected happening last night.

I don't know what else to do, if you find a solution, please share...

Unless, uploaded is starting to block individual accounts.

I doubt they have blocked individual accounts but they may have blocked an entire address range.
