Immediately ... let's just clarify that for a moment... Does that mean immediately as you replied (meaning I missed my opportunity? Or does it mean when I'm able to reply again?

It means you spilling the beans is now overdue and incurring interest, and you should do so immediately to avoid penalties :)
 
As per clause 4.3a subsection 2 addendum 53d:

"Usage of memes and/or weak puns is in no way, shape or form a valid or acceptable replacement for real information. Such actions will result in the immediate loss of karma and imaginary internet street cred."

Ooh, so bolt on with the larger fatpipe packages? Sounds delicious. Would this hypothetical product's hypothetical bolt on segment be rate limited to 10mbps during the hypothetical bolt on hours as well, or be line speed?

Also please tell me that signing up to these hypothetical accounts will be possible with an upgrade, instead of cancellation, one month notice, and consequent sign up as has been the case thus far?

I think that - unless contrary instructions are given - you may assume in future that the answer to these types of questions is an unadulterated "Hells yes" and proceed accordingly.

On a separate note, I just uninsulated and the reinstalled the android app and it is failing login.
My username, Password and Account details are correct (As per the welcome email).
Could it be related to the changes you are making on the server?

The upgrades have been completed in Cape Town.

I just checked our graphs for Cape Town and see that since the 17th of September, we haven't exceeded 95.51% of our capacity which means there has been no congestion on our network.

Anything congested at Telkom and or their infrastructure, or a peering partner is out of our control.

Ok, so how is it that I had full speeds and low latency from other networks as opposed to on my VOX accounts?

Also Showmax no longer works on VOX, tried it wired on my TV and Wireless on my iPad and neither worked. It did work last week though.

That app uses a set of API's that my team exposed but we have done has nothing to do with the troubles you are experiencing.

Send a mail off to [email protected] for more help.

What DNS is your TV using?

Is it that all the people who got the 100GB special - are now getting an extra 50GB Free?
