Normal Fatpipe + Bolt on does not qualify. That product match was never supposed to happen and was excluded from the migration.

But the normal Fatpipe plus bolt on is already uncapped from 6 to 6.
 
According to fatpipe terms and conditions - 6.3 The supplier reserves the right to shape usage. When if ever will this occur (as this is a capped product) and if not what's the point of having in the terms and conditions in the first place. Also will the uncapped 6-6 include weekends and will it always remain unshaped to your line speed.

But the 6 to 6 bolt on is now only allowed to be applied to the 25GB Fatpipe Lite product not to the mainstream/normal Fatpipe products hence Chris's "That product match was never supposed to happen" comment in response to the question about a 50GB Fatpipe + bolt combination.

Quick question @cvanwie, will the user portal be updated to add a view so we can see how much data was used between 12 and 6? or does the current setup of blue and orange bars represent the 18 hours and 6 hours unmetered?
 
Yeah, the 50Gb Fatpipe + bolt on has been discontinued but people who already had it continue to receive this. I am 1 of those people and it's now 75GB + bolt on. ☺
 
Hi. I am currently on AH business uncapped.
I am looking for an unshaped product.
I am considering the 300gb fatpipe for R699.
Is it unshaped at all times?
Are there any protocols that are shaped?
I use a vpn for p2p for privacy - will this be an issue?

it's a good product, you wont have issues unless you use some funky configs and yea VPN is fine, I use PIA UK and it's good all the time.

No I won't use any funky configs. I just want Internet that works and that doesn't break every 3 months.

I would like an unshaped product - and looking on the vox website it says "Unshaped internet experience". Is it unshaped at all times?

Also on one of the mybb articles it read "Vox is also introducing free unlimited data between midnight and 6am for Fat Pipe customers" - when will this be introduced?

Yes, the teams are hoping to have this completed mid to end of month.
