Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I'm authenticated, but still couldn't connect to any sites. Changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and I can now browse. Not getting my full line speed though.

Worked for me as well. Also not getting great speeds though. Around 1mb on 10mb line...
 
For the record, nothing at all working this side, not even browsing. Call centre also seems not to know much of anything.

I'm still down I can't do anything :( and I bought 5 gigs from WA last night and its done already lol you never know what you have until its gone I guess

UPDATE:

Changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and everything seems working 100% now!

Our Core technical and Core architecture teams have been working around the clock to mitigate the impact and resolve the problem Vox Telecom is experiencing, which started yesterday afternoon.
The majority of services recovered. Some hosted and co-located hosted services, as well as a small portion of email services, are still impacted. Our customer services remain the top priority to Vox Telecom.
Senior technical resources as well as senior management, are involved in ensuring the fault receives highest priority.

I have no idea how much data I have left? Any ETA on the display fix?
