Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Signed up online this morning and still haven't received any confirmation yet.
 
Regarding AntiGanda latency, I'm talking about the separate email thread and screnshots and pingplotter detail provided to international gaming servers.

Regarding the Telkom hand off to us; Telkom has configuration for each provider, we're trying to get to the bottom of why our hand off has a problem.

EDIT: Until the latency issue in Cape Town is resolved, I anticipate such delays locally.
Well I've supplied pingplots which you haven't analysed and will get redundant if you implement fixes and changes. I'm getting a bit tracerouted out to be honest. It's hard work being a Vox customer!

I game locally and internationally but often cannot do either on Vox specifically.
 
@cvanwie @voxy Can i ask when is Off peak, and when is Peak times (as per the usage bar)? I ask so that i can schedule my downloads correct. Currently i have it at 23:00 till 6am, on a 2 meg uncapped account.

The peak/off peak relates to the following:

Peak: M-F 06:00:00 - 18:00:00
Off peak, all other times

The Fatpipe zero rated time frame is mignight to 6am every day of the week. The customer portal is not updated to cater for the update to Fatpipe product. This should be done by end of month.

I think the off peak might just be the same for the Uncapped accounts?

You will have to wait for Voxy or Chris, but I don't think it includes the uncapped accounts, it was specifically for the Fat Pipe accounts.
 
Getting authentication issues again this afternoon. Pings of 5201 ms and dl speed of 0.002mbps when I do eventually connect
 
And...........ping has just gone from 20ms to 200ms , it seems as soon as 6pm comes latency becomes skyhigh. This is the 3rd night in a row , hopefully not a sign of things to come.

If you've been following the thread, you'll know why this is, and what's being done about it, and that VOX are waiting on Telkom's (escalated) fault on the matter to be resolved. it's a known problem and should hopefully be resolved very soon
