Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Yeah, I noticed while we were playing arma... ~135ping... as soon as it hit 11pm... my ping was 9 again...
 
I don't know if any changes were made last night / what they were, but as of about 20 minutes ago I noticed downloads were suffering on Fatpipe. I thought perhaps it was just that download, but now speedtest is only returning between 10-15mps - I have to date never had anything but a rock solid 20mbps on Vox.

EDIT: I'm actually wondering if I've somehow been rate limited to 10mbps?

I just rebooted the router, there is literally nothing else happening on the line, and I'm definitely connected at 20mbps:

Interesting, so I changed over to my other Fatpipe account and am now getting full speed again:

The first account is not capped by a long shot. (still something like 100GB left)
 
I'm cancelling my uncapped account and so was able to upgrade my line speed - so I just hope everything will be fine with VOX. So far latency was fine last night/this morning.
 
Welp 19h11 and latency is great - account is flying too. Thumbs up for the fix!
 
Account hasn't performed this well at night in a long time. Thanks for your persistence in pinpointing and fixing this problem, cvanwie.
 
Anyone else experiencing terrible inconsistency regarding site visiting? Speedtest show everything is fine, but navigating websites is god awfully slow. Tried my afrihost account and all is good.
 
@Pansyfaust, seems Vox DNS servers are on the fritz, try using 8.8.8.8 as DNS server, all should be fine until they resolve.
