Vox Telecom Fatpipe

How many concurrent connections can be used with the capped fatpipe accounts?

Yes only one.

Wasn't it changed recently to two concurrent connections on all Fatpipe accounts?

I see the pasted image differs from what I am saying but I'm sure that is the case.

Afaik, It was changed to 2 concurrent connections recently.

I noticed that my 12 - 6am data still gets deducted from my data. This shows on the VOX site when looking at my usage. Is this right?

I'm busy testing the new UI with the dev team, it's very close. A bit of tweaking needed, but it's just about ready.

I thought you guys would like to know :)

Agreed, very excited even though I have data left I'm very curious to know how much I used during the free time, after 12 I switch everything to 1080P. I think I should be around 300GB in the free time.

Just wondering about the free 00:00-06:00 data. This is supposed to be every day, all 7 days of the week, right?

Looking at my user stats, it seems like weekend data is counted as off peak, the whole day, Saturday and Sunday. Look at 10, 11, 24, 25 October, showing ONLY off-peak usage, where other days are a combination of peak and off-peak usage.
Havent read the previous 340 pages of this thread - so my question: is this a known issue, or is the system showing it incorrectly? Since stats are pulled from whatever system that does the bean/byte counting ...

Just noticed, I had the same IP for the whole month, even when disconnected for some days. Should I get excited about it, or just pure coincidence?

Are you on normal Fatpipe or Fatpipe Lite with Bolt on?

Look at the dates on the calendar. All occur on the weekend. This is normal, as weekends count as offpeak from 12PM already. (Not to sure the exact, but 12PM is close to it)

The front end is wrong for Fatpipe, I would blatantly ignore it until the new UI is launched in the next few days.

Glad to hear this.. :)

I just logged in to see my usage and was surprised to see I'd used 150GB of my cap, which is almost exactly what my data logger on my router setup says, except I know a lot of it happened between 00:00/06:00 .. Was worried I was missing something somewhere. :p

While you guys are working on the UI, it would be super awesome if we could log in using our email address (or at least a custom username) I have to pull up the email with my details each time cos I'll never remember that random username I was given. :o
