Just logged in Portal and noticed my carry over data last month to this month did not happen, has this fallen away now ?

Why would some people be capped and no roll over shown and other not? Both my accounts are 100% and everything that should be there is, does Vox love me, am I special?

There are different types of "Fatpipe" customers, and unfortunately a few things have caused some grief that we are busy working on.

Here's the different versions:

* Fatpipe (normal)
* Fatpipe Business (normal)
* Fatpipe + Bolton (should never have happened, small number of customers, these were the ones where carry over disappeared. We have all the data, just need to fix the root cause, not the individual account.)

I would suggest calling support and ask them to escalate high latency with Telia peer in London to the Advance Core team. Email them this trace as well.

I'm having issues with youtube streaming again.

It seems like a standard issue for me around this time of day these days. Also had issues over the weekend.

Speedtest shows very good results, but streaming not so.

What happens if I downgrade my account. Currently on a 1TB fatpipe account.

If I downgrade using the portal, will I lose my carried over data?

If I downgrade tomorrow to a 500GB package?- how long will it take before the account changes?
