Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Love the new update Chris, thank you for getting it done in a timely manner :).

Wonder what is next on the agenda :D.

I had nothing to do with it. I just helped test a few things to ensure that the math was being done correctly from the right source data. The consumer development team is to credit for the new UI. I think they did a great job.

I fixed the capping issue. Send me your username, I'll see what happened during the roll over.

Thanks Chris but I logged in to get my username for you and saw that my accumulated data was back, so problem solved.

Making it work :) We all need our accumulated data back and a few need uncapping.

If you are checking accounts without logging into the account (online) it won't display as the "event" hasn't happened yet. Log in and it will trigger the event.

I'm going to be changing this process to happen without the account having to log in, in the future.

Do you mean logging out and back in on the router?

Please convey to them our gratitude, the new interface is awesome! I especially like the daily usage breakdown!

Yo Chris and the team... just a quick Well Done!

Brilliant new user portal.

Your hard work is appreciated muchly.

Thanks again okes!!

Holy sh**. Logged into the portal this morning, looked at my roll-over data. Not only rolled-over, but all zero rated data deducted! Wow! I've got 1.3 terabytes available...well done VOX!

Well done on the new portal. Is there a way to "drill down" on traffic on an per-hour basis? I have a number of jobs running off several NAS and although most of them run after midnight, it feels that my peak-traffic is still very high - I would like to see if this coincidences with work I do during the day or of this is something else.

The back end system does allow for this, but I'm not sure if the front end has been built to cater for this on consumer. I know it's on the cards.

Escalate this request to the support department, they don't have access but they can escalate to the "Solid team" to retrieve.

Thought you guys might like to see what happens when you exceed 6x your quota:

Code:
[Fatpipe Subscriber] original carry over: 611637661388 final carry over: 450000000000

Customer has a 75GB Fatpipe account.

I mean reconnecting your ADSL line to the internet.

Done that.

1. Logged into Router (Mikrotik)
2. "Disabled" the Vox PPP connection (which logs me out of my Vox connection)
3. Logged into "AnOther ISP account"
4. Browsed around a bit
5. "Disabled" the AnOther ISP PPP connection
6. "Enabled" the Vox PPP connection (which logs me back in to my Vox connection)
7. Reboot Mikrotik

Dashboard still wrong

Edit: As per PM, account is now showing as capped :erm

This is due to a bug that I introduced. Even though you appear capped, I have special code in place to allow you to use the internet.

I'm busy arranging the fix between three teams now, should be completed by EOD.
