Yes i agree much better layout and info!

And I really don't want to complain (and I cant!) but I got capped this morning on the 150Gb package after using 4Gb's and no-one from vox is getting back to me with any relevant information :confused:

Mine also isn't showing any rollover data.
The zero rated thing seems to be working fine though, shows me last month with 116GB standard and 44GB zero rated usage, which feels right to me.
 
Hmm, I seem to have found a bug on the dash "daily usage" tab, after scrolling back to a month before my account was active it just says "Unfortunately the usage data cannot be loaded at this time." and the option to change the month disappears so I can't change it back. :p
 
Can anybody explain, the reason for a setup fee? Haven't seen this with any of the other isp's

[update: i emailed support, will notify here if there is some new file download throttling/shaping in place]

Ping in cape town appears to be fixed this week, but all my downloads from grabitjeeves.com lately seem to crawl at around 100kb/s... Another ISP like axxess does not seem to have this problem.

Is this a new intentional shaping/throttling thing?

Example server: http://p2.silverplattercdn.pw/

No way to watch a HD video if you have to wait 6 hours for it to download (with 20mbps vdsl!)...

Other sites like youtube seem fine.

SABNzb downloads also running below par.

Usually mine runs pretty much at the limit of the speed I set - so if I set 400/600, I pretty much get that.

This evening I'm getting around 150 max.

Not my usual voxy goodness
 
So i'm capped after 3.9GB of my 200GB fatpipe...what the hell is going on Vox. I'm trying to get work done here and i'm scrambling for another account to use.
 
My SAB is running fine, been at line speed since around 15:00 today.
 
Speeds are horribly slow on Vox tonight. In the EC region. I've only tested streaming, browsing and http downloads, but all very slow compared to yesterday. Is there a known problem?

This has been fixed, sorry for the inconvenience.
