Seriously, this is the beginning of the damn month, even using fatpipe capped part and not the stupid free stuff is slow as hell. Fair use rubbish is for uncapped accounts, shaping capped accounts makes them worthless!
Please stop sell more of them at discounted prices especially if you cannot service the customers you have idiots!
 
Never been necessary before. I hope they haven't fallen into the over-subscription trap.
 
FUP my arse. This is my usage for the month so far: How does that exceed FUP. You have a issue on your Network, now you trying to throw the typical MWEB response at me. Take accountability and fix it!!!

Thanks, but I think I'll just leave this for now - the balance is added to my account so it will just cover some of next months bill.

Probably a bug in the system though, as I updated my payment details then paid the due amount manually (so my account balance was R0) - but then an automatic payment decided to go off anyway.

It will be no trouble. That's why we are here. I personally freak out if anyone over charges me. But your choice. I'll keep an eye on my PM for any requests.
