I've been having trouble for ages. Unfortunately it is starting to look like this is something that can't be fixed. I hope I'm wrong but otherwise it is time for a new ISP.

Yep, that's how I remember it as well (too lazy to go look in the thread )

It's designed for what we term Off Peak i.e. 18:00 - 06:00 on weekdays and 18:00 Friday - 06:00 Mondays. Not public holidays. Our Fat Pipe midnight - 06:00 free data applies everyday. Hope this helps.

Edit: I think I've seen more downtime in 4 months with Vox, than collectively in 8 years with various isp's.
