I'm being stupid, I could have found that info on my router. It's just that I was busy installing Windows 10 (which is a bit daunting as I am a Linux user) with my phone tethered to my laptop.Same here (JHB). As an update Vox seems to think this is a Telkom issue. Unfortunate as I've had Telkom guys around twice already to check lines and they've said there is nothing wrong. I highly doubt it is a line issue at this point as at least 1 other person has reported this same issue in this thread and when I use another ISP's account the problem vanishes. I'm somewhat disappointed that it took weeks of me wasting my time performing pings, traceroutes and pathpings to get to this point only to be told to go back to Telkom again. Unfortunately I don't think Vox is going to work for me moving forward.I go through that Tygerberg IPC hop as well. Been experiencing those same crazy pings. Not for just 3 days though. I've made Vox aware of it and apparently they're looking into it. Hopefully resolved soon.
