You can try and force the bitrate or change CDN and see it it works. when playing the video press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+S, which brings up a menu allowing you to change stuff.

Pleasure, that was what I was trying to find out, can't download a file that doesn't exist on the server. Now you can try something like the free Afrihost account and their news server and see if it works.

What's their News Server details?

Usually use my Roku 3 or cast to the Chromecast and it's almost always perfect. Bitratre fluctuates but never this low.

Agree. It is unfortunate. When Vox works, it works brilliantly, at the moment it is performing well below par on a few ports / services given what I have just read, and no-one seems keen on fixing it.

It seems to be affecting some IPC locations more than others. But given the scant communication from Vox itself it is difficult to tell.

And I am not prepared to go through another Afrihost scenario testing a company's infrastructure to make it work. Would rather take my money elsewhere.

For now am just going back to my TI account full time as that has been solid for ages.

Don't download a lot, but when I do I expect full line speed, especially on an 'unshaped' capped account. Clearly this is not currently the case with Vox given their vague FUP or whatever else is going on.

Yea, Vox isn't best for League tbh, Afrihost has the lowest latency to lol servers IMO

VOX keeps on disconnecting, then reconnects. I tried my backup Afrihost account and the same thing.
I have reported this to telkom and am hoping this may eventually fix this.

Next to nothing. Scheduled mine to start at 00:01, this morning it was still downloading but at a really slow speed. Haven't tested it again.
