Good morning.
Due to unforseen circumstances our team had to stop the investigation early this morning.
A failure occurred on the upstream services providers network which is still in progress.
We are working closely with the provider to resolve the fault. Once completed we will continue our work to improve quality of service.

Only in South Africa does the user have to provide there own redundancies for the internet.
