Where is the VOX status page?

I have been forced to switch to another ISP, yet again, because VOX is down but I can't see anywhere on the VOX website to show the status.

How do I know it is safe to try VOX again without having to reconfigure the router and manually test each time?

After the lack of service and reliability issues off the past two weeks I am beginning to wonder if it is even worth the effort of logging in to test.
 
Completely down! I have to now tether my cellphone (vodacom) to get to this page! VOX!!! WTF BOYS!!!!????

Grrrr... Vox Technical support recorded message states ADSL connectivity issues in Cape Town being worked on at the moment.

Vox technical support assistant I just spoke to says my accounts are dead because of the broken cables... anything from 2-24hrs to resolve.

/sigh

I hove no words.

I was even asked "have you tried turning it off and on again"...

I know this is not a solution, but it is a lot easier to just dial another pppoe account from your pc (if using windows). I have my vox account on my router, and saved the free AH account details as another network connection. So if Vox is down, just click connect on the AH account and 5 seconds later you are connected. You can do the same with your Vox account to see if it is working.

VOX !!! You guys need a Status Page !!!!!!! You guys appear like a superior ISP but you Client Services and Support notifications need to Public Aware. its actually pathetic !

So far my two lines are back to normal. Streaming showmax no issues
 
If I look at my posts, its actually just all negative :(
everything is based on ISP's not providing the service I expect.

Is it so wrong that I need to always complain.
Is it wrong that I need to make sure I pay various ISP's for internet access just to make sure I have redundancy in place ?
How many other countries need to have multiple accounts to make sure the internet works. I'm not pointing this out to VOX alone. but seems like we all need to waste money on paying monthly fees to another provider that we seldom use.

That extra money could be used to a sole provider if they have redundancy in place or a better product.
but I suppose this is the South African Way. just take and take.

I do Expect VOX to reply in this form when they say they will provide feedback as per post #6666 this morning (and shortly does not mean hours)

Voxy, take ownership of this forum you are managing, unless you are an engineer and solutions architect,get someone to post and give feedback by updating this forum, seeing your website has no Status Page.

My account has been flaky for the last 30 minutes or so... Could be line related though... Seems to have stabilized in the last 2 minutes or so...
