Lol, since "Cvanwie" left. there is no proper feedback or any ownership at all.
the new guy is either clueless or not really that interested in what he does.

VOX will learn the hard way over time.
Voxy !!!!! take ownership in your product and feedback or GTFO and get someone else to represent your brand.

My Vox is 100% and I have no complaints like the people in the South, but I agree about the customer support, that's where they need to look at Afrihost, you can contact them on any social media or platform you can think of and they get back to you in a flash. They also have the best network status page and clientzone of any ISP.

Voxy the last time i interacted with your support desk it took weeks for you to respond. Ping me for a reference code if you don't believe me. Get your **** together, you need to add real time support status to the VOX website, anything less is amature and you will never win the ISP of the year award. Take that your manager and make a change.

Damnit!!

Were about 99% finished with a 3GB+ upload to youtube, which took almost 3 hours, but it got stuck and didn't want to resume after I cancelled it. Started again and stopped again after 15%.

Now I can't even start a upload.

Not a happy camper VOX.

I was forced today to get another account, and I decided to give Afrihost another try.

...so far so good, no complaints yet. VOX...you better get your **** together!!

Think its time to move VOX is getting very bad, connection been very wonky the past 3 days. Support have lost it

Local pings are better... Still only getting about 3.5-4mbit throughput with the same upload.
Any updates regarding what the possible issues might be?

And updates on the terrible terrible Netflix video streaming. This weekend (when my ADSL was up) , I got consistent download speed of 7Mbp and a ping 22 ms, yet Netflix wouldnt go over 288SD. Two weeks or so ago, I was streaming at 720p HD - 1080p HD.
