Vox Telecom Fatpipe

Hi all

We have observed some increased latency and packet loss to international destinations.
Our team is attending to the matter and we will update this forum accordingly.

Voxy

In East London here and unless Durban has moved local has gone to **** as well. Getting 250ms ping and 75KB/s download on a 4Meg line.

Hi

I'm glad to hear
Though i stayed up to loon for issues....

Hope you experience stays good though.

Regards,
Voxy

Glad to hear that your network is broken ?
I was reporting an issue; not praising Vox Telecom's network.

Local latency is three times what is should be, and only in peak hours.

I hope I don't sound rude, but I think that Vox is just striking these SEACOM outages lucky. Yes lucky, because when SEACOM was available my account did not perform on par. As soon as I use other ISP's everything is normal. As I said this was before the new SEACOM outage...

But I am sticking to Vox, they were great before this month... Let's hope February will be better or else I might be convinced to move.

Hey Voxy,

Have you guys removed the ad hoc payment system? I can't seem to find the option anymore...

Same for me. I see they have created the ability to update your payment details on their system so I just updated that.
In the past you had to manually give it to someone in the billing department which is not a good thing.

Now I dont know anymore. Got mu line back to 10Mbps. Problem is, Netflix streaming is still kahrk, no matter what time of the day.

What device are you using to watch? and how are you connected, Unotelly?

Hi Xzib1t

Not that I am aware of.
Which portal are you using exactly?
