I just entered this thread cause I saw the 10/6 thing and caught my attention

Aa okay, WA have steeped below mweb and openweb. Guess the new trend is to stay clear from anything with a name that contains web in it.
 
Ok so my 10mb line is basically useless. Can't even get onto speedtest. O well. Seems like it is time to move on again.

I have 2 accounts with Vox and both are not working today. One of them has a lot of data left that expires tomorrow. I cannot use the data because I keep on getting a message that I have reached my cap when there is still about 290Gb available.

I phoned support and was advised that although I have lots of data left I cannot use it because apparently Vox is having a problem with many accounts showing cap has been reached although the users still have lots of data left. I enquired from the consultant when it will be fixed and he advised me that it will not be before 12 tonight. I asked him what about all my data that must be used before the 1 account expires tomorrow. His answe was that I will not be able to use it. Then suddenly the line went dead for no reason at all.

I called again and spoke to another consultant that advised me that I will most probably not be able to use my dat because of the problem they are having.

I was not impressed with the 1st consultant I spoke to because he had an attitude and didn't really have any answers. I just think this is so unproffesional. I have been singing the praises of Vox telecom before but this might change it.
 
Vox is completely dead for me!! WTF is going on. Voxy just doesn't give a damn. I had to go onto my afrihost account to post this. Please fix this asap!

VOX are having authentication issues at the moment. Right slap bang in the middle of me factory resetting my router and doing the setup again.

** edit ** also on a backup account

Mine is also not working. It connects but no data. Apparently they are having some problems.

Voxy is so pathetic !!!! no sense for passion for his job, he is most probably a low paid support desk consultant and definitely not PR material. Low pay makes you like that.
The days we had proper feedback are gone. Back to AH it seems.
Vox is going to the dogs slowly but surely.

No, I have no time for back and forth.
I have two accounts and pay over R700 a month to you guys.
iI'll cancel the one and take an AH account, if they are performing I'll move to my second account to them.

If Vox and yourself cant see the number of complaints in this forum showing there is an issue then me logging a ticket where a support desk consultant reads a company written procedure how to respond to a ticket as if it is a client side issue without going any deeper is already a lost cause.

So No Thank YOU!!!!! INVESTIGATE HERE AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK LIKE CVANWIE did in the past. which i suppose is too much work for you !

Please note that ADSL and Vox Hosted Email Services - Authentication Failure: Services have recovered, engineers are currently testing. Feedback to follow.
