Vox Telecom Fatpipe

I had the same problem last night. Could download steam games fine at full line speed on Sunday, then last night I get can't even open text based pages like Reddit.

The reason I moved from MWeb uncapped to Vox fatpipe was so that I wouldn't ever have to worry about shaping and time-of-day speed issues. Luckily I still have my R99pm, 2mb, uncapped, IC account which is often faster than the Vox fatpipe on a 4mb line.
 
Just finished Daredevil S02E09 via Netflix at 1080P, no problem my side.

Last night I also thought something was wrong when a lot of people complained in a different thread about slow internet across different ISPs until I noticed it was past midnight and I had a torrent auto start that was running at 1.9MB/s.
 
I don't torrent media, that's why I wanted a product with great streaming of Netflix, YouTube and full speed Internet always. I don't want to suffer because other people are torrenting. I thought that's why I need a capped product. What's really pissing me off is keeping everyone in the dark about what's going on.
 
Only problem I was encountering is while playing the division and talking on TeamSpeak, i get 100% packet loss and lose connection, and not able to connect for few seconds. This only happen a few times with me. My ping stay 9ms-16ms on teamspeak though, just 100% packet loss. Streaming for me is super.
 
Question: We've moved to a new place, will my Vox account still be usable on the new line when it eventually gets activated? We've moved to a different area code, so we'll get a new telephone number...
 
Pansy it will work... Vox is not line number locked like AFRIHOST etc... i use mine on 3 different numbers.. Only thing is it can't be connected to both lines the same time. Other wise it will work on any number or area code... Well that said, i only know this works on my FATPIPE.. Uncapped, i do not know mate. Have a nice Day

I have a fatpipe 150gb promotion from last year. So hopefully it will still work.
 
Nothing going on with my fatpipe150 on a 10mb line. Downloads died completely. Can't browse the net. Can't open MyBB, DSTV etc... Had to switch to my phone to write this message. Free state..
 
see there's chaos on the portal again... had 252gb left now after April's 150 theres only 150gb... rest missing in action
 
Above is a 4mb UNSHAPED Fatpipe acc.... My roll over data is 840gig already? Why? Cause my internet is Freaken un-usable
 
Anyone experiencing slow download speeds perhaps? Trying to download an app off the play store of 50mb and its taking ages. 7 mins. On 40Mbps line.

Same with me last night, couldn't stream anything, took 2 hours to buffer an episode on Netflix

Only issue I had was my Telkom line dropping Last Night but otherwise VOX performance was Great.

NetFlix Streaming and Downloads resumed at full line speed as soon as sync was restored.
