Can you check the Summerstrand, Eastern Cape area for possible maintenance? The internet does work, but the speed is almost nothing. Telkom lines work fine from what I know.

Also, why is the Interleave Depth set to 1246?

Have to restart my router daily now, that being said, looks like Cape Town is still having issues. I restart, then I get full speed again.

Definitely call them and tell them your ISP is being reported as Airmobile, unfortunate the live chat is only until 5pm because the last time I had an issue they sorted it out.

Try turning your modem off for a bit, 20 minutes or so and see if that does it.

I know this isn't useful in any way but I just have to say I never need to restart my modem and Vox is hands down the best ISP I've ever used. Any protocol is full speed any time of day.

urg...20min later and switching between Telkom Guest/Afrihost/Back to Vox and its working again.

Side note - the support line answered quickly - and were helpful.

I'd love to know who airmobile are though

Could be exchange congestion, that link works fine for me in Hout bay on Highres on a 10Mbs line.

Didn't have streaming issues, but other media loading insanely slowly. Ironically, I had the same problem on AH yesterday - which is solved today. Just a slight annoyance to switch accounts. P2P uploads on AH doing much better than vox at the moment...

On my side at 1080P it seems to be limited to around 280KB/s, while other videos are at my line speed when buffering.
