They are not picking up. Have been holding for 10+ minutes.

The same here. The system said there is no other calls before and that my call will be answered in 1 minute. 5 Minutes and nothing.

Things have recovered but at least I caught them this time.



Tomorrow when they actually decide to answer their phones I'm going to show them concrete proof that their network is buggered in CPT.
