Vox uncapped bolt-on shaped?

Looking for an account that's mainly for gaming and some torrenting (Nothing super heavy). I like the idea of a capped account for the 100% speed, but the uncapped bolt-on from Vox would be nice for my torrents so I don't have to worry about going over my cap. Does anyone know if that stuff is shaped though?

Also considering Cybersmart but can't find out if they work month-to-month.

Help would be greatly appreciated

its not really uncap
"Uncapped access from 6 pm to 6 am daily and it's open all day over weekends (excludes public holidays)."

https://www.vox.co.za/connectivity/adsl/uncapped-adsl/adsl-uncapped-bolt-on

for the looks of it it looks like u should have a capp acount from then
and for that exstra price u get after houres uncap

Yeah, that's how I interpreted it too. That shouldn't be a problem though as I'm at work from 8:30 - 5 most days, so I should be able to get by with a 50GB cap, which is very affordable. Otherwise it will probably be Cybersmart with their supersize add-on, but that's going to cost me R873/month all in. They do throw in a router though, which is nice.

This is actually going to be my first internet connection as I'm moving out of home on the 1st Dec into an apartment. Looking at a 4mbps or 4/10 (whatever that is) line

what is your buget?

4mbps line rental will be 299 from telkom now
and the every day 4mbps uncap is 295
and another 170 or so for the voice line

so R800 for 4mbps uncap

afrihost/axxess are cheaper with there bundles

697-4mb bundle
689 -4mb bundle
(dont know if they put the line price cut in it yet)

then the voice line rental should still come in so it may prob work out the same

and telkoms new bundle price R548

telkom is cheapest so far

Openweb is the only ISP with no FUP. I will highly recommend them for their good service and products.

vox bolt on , is never shaped its always full speed which is pretty awesome.

Awesome, that's what I was hoping. Seems like the most cost-effective plan. OpenWeb look good too but just out of my price range.
I presume Vox don't throw in a router. Any suggestions?

Cool. The apartment is quite small so I don't need anything with huge range. I'll only be connecting to it via one or two laptops and then visitor's various iPhones etc.

Thanks a lot for the help :)

Could be R400 including shipping if you use some vouchers.... :D

Anyways I do use the vox uncapped afterhours and they say its shaped but to me it doesn't look like its shaped though..... Very very cheap uncapped account for R59 per month. Been using it since they launched it more than a year ago.
