So a Huawei/Telkom technician just came past my residence requesting access to the Telkom pole at the back of my yard for the purpose of installing fibre optic cabling.

What does that mean do you think??
 
heard from more than one person the same thing. seems like telkom are silently installing fibre in our area also
no idea when they re going live
