VOX says international speeds are not guaranteed. So yeah, Im stuck with 50 times slower speed.

What a pathetic ISP. I suggest everyone stay far away from VOX.

But International speeds have improved, but still lingering around 20-30mbps. In my opinion that still is not that good.
