Not at all... been trying since today morning and there is nothing....yet almost every other area is back up...

@Afrigirl @AfriFella please advise us when the product will be usuable again
Hi, please note that all reconfigurations have been completed after all the changes the Vuma Maintenance team has made. Kindly send me a PM with your line or account number so I can check if a work order for provisioning has been created, If not I will log it manually.
 
33/20 speedtest on my 20/10 package.
You lucky you even online... Apparently I have some provisioning work order and Vuma stopped work... guess I will wait ... but I am definitely making sure they do not charge me for the past 5 days
 
To @AfriFella @Afrigirl Under no circumstances shall I pay for a service this month due to the incompetent vuma team you guys are dealing with. The best solution would be to ensure that you are up to date with the VUMA team and ensure they know what they are doing ....and BTW there was no one in my area doing testing or whatever nonsense you guys have been telling me .
 
I understand how frustrating it has been to have your services cut off for an entire week. Please do accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience caused during this period.

Change Request #7545 has been extended due to some links remaining down. The maintenance team are still working from zone to zone.
