Vuma Reach Phoenix Thread

Anyone else having issues? Internet was slow throughout the day and now no connectivity.
 
What's a good deal right now guys? I need minimum 20mbps and below R400.
Possible?
 
Ordered the 20mbps Fibre yesterday. Hopefully next week someone comes to install everything
 
I just read a post that many stated that Vumatel "throttles" their speeds and I've read on afrihost page that its uncapped, unmetered etc. So not sure what's happening there.

Have any of you experienced this?

None of our Pure fibre packages are throttled. Has Vuma contacted you?

Okay thats good to know, saw some mixed reviews on that, just wanted clarification.

Not yet, I'm still waiting for installation on my end.
 
I haven't experience throttling myself on MetroFibre or Openserve with Afrihost. Highly doubt Vumatel will.
I know of people on MetroFibre that have hit 70+ TB in a month with no throttling at all.
Vumatel isn't the greatest FNO either, always hear issues about them on the forum

You guys got a Vuma contact? Like a email that works or actual person?

I paid and ordered last week Thursday and I'm still getting told vuma has a payment error on my account that needs to be corrected. How long will this take??

I'm expected installation this week and desperate for it to be done.
