VUMA which ISP

I was looking at your guys thread and I think saw some folks had a ping issue maybe I read wrong?
We run a large network with lots of customers, it's a large thread and it's there for feedback.

Anothe Vox vote.

Been with them for more than two years now and the two times it was down was Vumatel related... Every provider on the network was affected.

My dealings with support relate to those Vuma issues and the folk at Vox were top class.

I have a very unscientific theory based on MyBB thread length... the longer the thread, the more issues (yeah you Afrihost)... Vox’s thread is something like two pages.

same here use VOX and cant complain, just works no issues

vox,price/service is best
I placed an order in November 2018 with Vox, as soon as fibre arrived in my suburb.

I received a phone call today, 9 July 2019, to tell me they were ready to install.

Price is good, but with that kind of service...

Seacom bought Microlan, they are now the SA office for Seacom.
Seacom has had an SA office for ages in Johannesburg, and Macrolan is predominantly Cape based. So not completely :)

I am currently with VOX but I recommend Cool Ideas used to be with them at my old premises.

the kick-off is really slow, same to me, after 1 month i placed order, i started to chase the installation, once get PM from Vox for the project, easy to push.

Hi, The map below seems to indicate where CS edge routers are and where they interconnect with other networks... since the durban INXs are pretty small they don't need to be there, it is not an indicator of a superior service afaik... Cybersmart do have various options in Durban, if you use the VUMA shop it should show...

nope, not according to this:
