Which area are you in?

Yes. Get your friends to show interest on the link I sent. We have only 5.5% interest out of the non-covered side. We need a tad more. Thanks
Thanks

Do they have any pamphlet which i can drop of each house. its difficult to go each home and convince them.

I have the same problem in my complex, it's frustrating when the infrastructure is installed but vumatel don't want to go live
I have the exact same issue, already applied for fiber from Vodacom last year November, got the router within 2 days after my application was approved, but now nothing is happening because Vumatel has not connected the fibre to the complex I live in, although the area has fibre. People at Vodacom told me to contact Vumatel myself to get them to connect the complex, but I have no idea who to contact directly, they also have no rep here on myBB that know off.

I will dm you some email address to contact directly.

It's like we have to work for the service providers ourselves
