My Vuma installation done on Wednesday is still 'on hold' as the CPE 'FX light' wouldn't come on during installation. I've had mixed messages from support saying that it's just me, and now that there is a suburb-wide issue (crazy if it's 72 hours of downtime).
I'm curious if there is there anybody in the Hurlingham Manor area (particularly south of Republic road) with working Vumatel fibre at this point? I'm trying to diagnose whether my reticulation was done badly, or if there is in fact a widespread issue.
Anybody know of a way to see the current status/network alerts?
