In lieu of our connection issues,
We were told by Afrihost that both customers and ISP's are unable to contact Vumatel telephonically and that "their hands are tied" and all they can do is log and escalate tickets for support.
Is this correct?
This is utterly disgusting as we have had no service since 15th March.
