Vumatel contact or help?

Hi guys I am relocating to another area and have asked Afrihost to do the move, Vumatel tried to call me ysetrday but Truecaller blocked the call.
I am now trying to get Afrihost to reschedule a call because you are not able to contact anyone at Vumatel.
This has been going on the whole day and I keep getting mails saying they cannot get hold of me which is not true as I have been checking my calls and uninstalled Truecaller.
Not 1 call.

Is there anyone that can assist?

Sounds like you should reboot the phone after that uninstall?

PS: Another forumite has been waiting twenty months for a call from Vumatel ... so brace yourself!

Ask them to log a installation rescheduling request on the Vuma portal and provide them alternative contact details.
