I logged into the portal earlier and saw that under the upgrades tab, it's showing the speed I'm currently on with the price I'm paying now but then there's an option to "upgrade" to the line speed at the new price.VOX is offering better pricing on the same packages to new signups and giving a nice big **** off to existing customers...not sure why they think this is ok....was on 50/5..got bumped to 50/50 but same pricing...

It's a relatively smooth transition if the current ISP terminates on time and we place the order without experiencing any issues. Once the order is in. Provisioning takes a couple of minutes to complete.
@AfriNatic - Just to confirm, if I currently have fibre installed with another ISP and want to migrate to you guys, do I still pay the R1497 installation fee as quoted on the site?
Nice. WA 44 upload dont makes sense.I got double upgraded today, from 4/1 to 20/10, to 50/44 now.. Waiting for the dust to settle and billing to go off and then I can have interesting time trying to get hold of WebAfrica billing to sort out any problems.
What's with the having to login with your cell number and OTP after the change?blip

Yeah looks like it. I was busy looking for something else and just happened to check that lolLmao. So you can do it manually.
it sux monkey balls that they think this ok...Didn't try changing the package though, seriously thinking of moving away, can get a 200/200 package at Afrihost for the same price I'm paying now.
Also, why do we as customers need to change the package to the new prices, VOX should be doing this on their side like other ISPs have done.
@AfriNatic I tried the migrate option and you still want to charge meThat is an error. Migrations do not pay the R1497 install fee. I have sent it to branding to have that fixed.
