Vw polo 1.4 Clp engine diagnostic codes

hi

did a diagnostic test and these errors came up.
17012
17564
16497
17549

rescanned and all the above cleared but code 17012 kept on re occurring.please could someone help with the definition of the codes.a friend had done us a favour but his machine that interprets the codes does not work.
