Just got my new 5Mb/s Wireless-DSL (W-DSL) line at my new place in Pta:

Tested from Pta to Cpt (longest local hop I could find)

Ping: 65ms
Downlink: 4.96Mb/s
Uplink: 3.52Mb/s

The serious gamers are going to love this symmetrical speed as will those who run VoIP systems.

Is this commercially available? Do you have a link to this? Sounds really good.

It's for Business use, not residential.

The average user won't be able to afford those prices.

In that case, I'm sure all the serious gamers who game from work are going to love this.

Sorry Jannie - but serious gamers cant afford those prices. Also download speeds mean nothing when it comes to constant latency, rather than bursts or fluctuation. I dont think targetting the gamers with this package is going to work.

I would love to sell this product and I've requested that someone contact me via your website twice already but no-one has bothered to get back to me.:(

I would take anything Jannie says anyway at this stage with a pinch of salt ...
Fool me once shame on you , fool me twice shame on me !
Trust is given until its broken.
In the real world ,gamers dont spend R5000 on a connection as well as promises are made to be kept Jannie.

can someone please point jannie to the thread where he screws over month-to-month subscribers by taking away the 64kbps cap.

thanks :D
