I put a digital thermometer in the garage now. Will have a look
 
Almost done with my external fan setup. Added the third fan, busy printing the last duct to fit to the bottom fan. Got the mesh inlet covers from HashRate, hopefully they keep most of the dust out. Need to tidy up the cables at some point as well.

This is what about 5 months of dust looks like. Hopefully the new mesh will catch all of this.

The 3d printed stuff?
MIne are extremely thin and brittle. I had to work moerse delicately with the stuff. Hope yours are of a better quality.

Yeah, 3D printed. There's a kid in the neighborhood with a printer. He prints stuff for me from time to time and it's been decent quality in the past. Thanks for the heads up though

Cool, I am getting ideas in my head that I want to be that "kid". With a 3D printer.
I just can not justify the price to get into the game atm. I mean what am I gonna print?
I guess once you have the printer you find things to print. Donno.

I think it is like when you get a new hammer. Suddenly everything is a nail.
 
So i connected my efergy engage electricity monitoring meter thingy to my ex-brother in-law's new house db.
They moved in at the end of June so almost have a months worth of data.

But fok. He is pulling some serious juice. And we can't figure out what it is. The pool pump is not permanently on. The underfloor heating is off. Not using aircons atm. One heater in one room. I have a feeling there are 2 or 3 geysers in the house, we know of one.

He wants to get solar installed so I said lets connect the efergy to get some data to see what we working with. And he wants something that he can do whatever he want whenever he wants.

At this stage it looks like a 16kW Sunsynk is in his future, at the least.
Geyser(s) are also not on timers yet so once that is done one can spread the usage better as we all know.

how many db boards ? what are the CB rated at should tell you if multiple geysers ,next step get a Tong tester and start testing load on each CB,my neighbour had a geyser in her garage roof where the tap inside had been removed bocked off and tiled over .geyser was never disconnected,only found out about it years later when it popped .

Just one db that we know of atm. There must be something chowing power like that that we are missing.
 
servants quarters ,thats one massive spike for a home .
